Sebastiaan Van Leuven
Sebastiaan Van Leuven leads teams building complex, high-performance media systems at scale. Most recently, he headed Media Infrastructure at Noice, where he migrated a global live streaming platform from public cloud to bare metal, cutting streaming costs by over 90% while improving latency, quality, resiliency, and operational visibility.
With deep experience across video engineering, product strategy, and infrastructure - from hardware transcoding and WebRTC to experimentation and observability - Sebastiaan focuses on turning low-level technical decisions into measurable product and business outcomes. He is currently an advisor at Anam, helping shape the video layer behind real-time human avatars.
